The Committee considered the reference back from the Business Management Overview & Scrutiny Committee in respect of the sale of the freehold interest in the former Hendon Football Club Ground and adjoining land Claremont Road, Hendon.

The Committee, in being satisfied that due regard had been given to the Public Sector Equalities Duty,

RESOLVED:

1.  To implement their decision of 17 July 2012 in respect of the sale of the freehold interest in the former Hendon Football Club Ground and adjoining land Claremont Road, Hendon.
