2.	Absence of Members Minutes: Apologies for absence were received from Councillor John Marshall who was being substituted by Councillor Graham Old and Councillor Mark Shooter who was being substituted by Councillor Sury Khatri.

12.	Northway House, 1379 High Road, Whetstone, N20 - B/0567/13 PDF 1 MB Minutes: The Chairman informed the Committee that additional representations had been made on the submission. In order to enable full and proper consultation the Chairman moved that the application be deferred and considered at the next appropriate meeting. The Committee agreed to the deferral. RESOLVED - That the application be deferred to the next appropriate meeting to enable full and proper consideration of additional representations made on the submission.

15.	Vote of thanks Minutes: This being the last meeting of the Municipal Year and the last meeting of the Planning and Environment Committee in its current structure, the Vice-Chairman, Councillor Maureen Braun on behalf of the Committee thanked Councillor Wendy Prentice for the fair, courteous and firm manner in which she has chaired the meetings of the Committee and dealt with the public and speakers. Councillor Wendy Prentice expressed her gratitude to the Members and officers for their work and support.
