Councillor John Marshall and Councillor Jack Cohen who both sit on the West Area Planning sub-Committee were not present at the start of the Officers presentation as they were in attendance at another Council meeting. As a consequence it meant they could not comment or vote on the application

 

Councillor Marshall, duly seconded, moved that the item be deferred to the next meeting of the Planning and Environment, to enable him as Ward Councillor and Councillor Jack Cohen, the opportunity to comment and vote on the application.

RESOLVED TO DEFERthe application, to the next meeting of the Planning and Environment Committee.
