That the minutes of the meeting held on the 17 June 2013 be approved as a correct record.

Apologies for lateness were received from Councillor John Marshall and Councillor Jack Cohen, who were in attendance at another Council meeting.

·                     Mr Andrew Dismore AM (Barnet and Camden),

RESOLVED TO APPROVE the application as per the Officers report and subject to (i) referral to the Mayor of London, (ii) completion of the section 106 agreement and (iii) the updates contained within the Addendum.

RESOLVED TO APPROVE the applications as per the Officer’s report and subject to (i) completion of the Section 106 agreement, (ii) the conditions set out in the report (ii) and the update contained within the Addendum.

The Committee having heard oral representations from Mr Andrew Dismore AM;

RESOLVED TO APPROVE the application as per the Officer’s report and subject to (i) completion of the Section 106 Agreement and (ii) the conditions set out in the report.

The Committee;

RESOLVED TO APPROVE Deed of variation to Section 106 Agreement subject to Cabinet Resources Committee (CRC) approval and the completion of all necessary legal and other documentation,

Councillor John Marshall and Councillor Jack Cohen who both sit on the West Area Planning sub-Committee were not present at the start of the Officers presentation as they were in attendance at another Council meeting. As a consequence it meant they could not comment or vote on the application

Councillor Marshall, duly seconded, moved that the item be deferred to the next meeting of the Planning and Environment, to enable him as Ward Councillor and Councillor Jack Cohen, the opportunity to comment and vote on the application.

The Committee;

RESOLVED TO DEFERthe application, to the next meeting of the Planning and Environment Committee.

That under Section 100A (4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the public be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph 6 of schedule 12A of Part 6 of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).
