The Committee having heard from Mr Peter Brown and Mr Alan Radford objecting to the application and the applicant representative; RESOLVED TO APPROVE the application as per the Officer’s report and subject to (i) the conditions set out in the report, (ii) the addendum and (iii) the following amendment; Amendment to condition 27 to read as follows; The buildings hereby approved shall not be occupied until works for the provision of a Zebra Crossing and waiting restrictions in the vicinity of the site have been started.

The Sub-Committee did not have time to transact all the business on agenda before the 10.30pm cut off. As a consequence this application was not determined on the night. With the agreement of the Chairman of the Planning and Environment Committee, the application was referred to the Planning and Environment Committee as an urgent item to enable a decision to be reached before the introduction of Barnet Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL). The sub-Committee noted the receipt of the additional information set out in the tabled addendum.
