RESOLVED - That the application for registration as a Town or Village Green under Section 15(2) of the Commons Act 2006 in respect of the land to the West of Friern Barnet Library, as shown on the site location plan 2 is referred to a non-statutory public inquiry for an independent Inspector to determine the Village Green status of the land.
