Absence of Members

Minutes:

An apology for absence was received from Councillor Melvin Cohen who was absent on Mayoral duty.

Minutes:

Westchester Court, Westchester Drive, NW4 1RB – H/05296/13

 

Councillor John Marshal declared a pecuniary interest as the location of the application was close to his home.  Councillor Marshal withdrew from the meeting and took no part in the consideration or voting process.

 

 

Convent of St Mary At The Cross, Priory Field Drive, Edgware, Middx, HA8 9PU – H/00459/13 & H/00579/13

 

Councillor Hugh Rayner declared a non-pecuniary interest.  Councillor Rayner noted that he had visited the Convert of St Mary at the Cross.  He stated that he had not expressed a view and had not pre-determined the application(s).  Councillor Rayner took part in the consideration and voting process.

 

 

194-198 Broadfields Avenue, Edgware, Middx, HA8 8TF

 

Councillor Darrel Yawitch declared a non-pecuniary interest as he lives on Broadfields Avenue.  Councillor Yawitch stated that he lives far enough away to not declare the interest pecuniary and therefore had not pre-determined the application.  Councillor Yawitch took part in the consideration and voting process.

 

 

Councillor Hugh Rayner declared a non-pecuniary interest.  Councillor Rayner stated that he had visited the Open Heaven and received hospitality. He stated that this did not lead to him pre-determining the application(s).  Councillor Rayner took part in the consideration and voting process.
