This report seeks authority for the direct purchase of properties for use as part of the Housing Acquisition Programme:

 

1.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £360,000 for Flat 15, Mowbury House, The Grange, N2 8LU

 

2.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £265,000 for 20a Turkey Street, Enfield, Middlesex, EN3 5TR

 

3.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £255,000 for 101 Cunningham Avenue, Enfield, EN3 6LA

 

4.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £255,000 for 218 Magpie Close, Goat Lane, Enfield, Middx, EN1 4JG

 

5.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £190,000 for Flat 12, 84 South Street, Enfield, EN3 4BF
