This report seeks authority for the direct purchase of properties for use as part of the Housing Acquisition Programme:

2.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £267,000 for 15 Blenheim House, Sebastopol Road, London, N9 0PU

 

3.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £190,000 for31 Stonehorse Road, Enfield, Middx, EN3 4DA

 

4.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £195,000 for37 Tennyson Close, Enfield, Middx, EN3 4SN

 

5.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £235,000 for 40 Linwood Crescent, Enfield, Middx, EN1 4UR

 

6.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £314,000 for 80 Belton Way, London, E3 4BB
